General

  • Bminus ships via an authorized carrier. The cost for transportation is €68.50 excluding VAT.
  • Our shipping regions are Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Bminus delivers to your home, office or provides pickup within business hours.
  • Collection after 6 p.m. is possible by appointment. Your goods will be prepared under a canopy and placed under the supervision of camera surveillance.

When can I expect my order?

Most products are delivered to you within 1 to 3 business days. Deviating delivery times are always mentioned with the respective product. It goes without saying that deliveries during the end-of-year period, legal holidays, strikes or other cases of force majeure may take a little longer.

Right of Withdrawal

1. If you purchase goods from us, you have the right for 14 days, from delivery, to decide whether you wish to keep them or return them. You can then return your order without paying a penalty. Within 14 days after we receive your order back, we will refund you its full purchase price using the same means of payment with which you originally paid or the details noted on the return document.

2. During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect you to handle the order and its packaging with care. If you still wish to be able to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or try them on to assess whether you wish to keep them. Returned goods may be fitted, but may not contain signs of use. If you are returning the goods, it must be done if possible in the original packaging, with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging and taking into account our instructions below.

3. Returning the goods can be done by shipping to the main office. A return sticker can be provided to you , please contact info@bminus.com.

4. It is necessary to return the goods to our headquarters according to the instructions prepared by us.

5. We may wait to refund until we have recovered the goods.

6. If your returned or returned goods are damaged due to transportation or stolen or lost, Bminus will not be able to be held responsible for this if you, the customer, cannot provide a proof of delivery. The refund might not be possible.

7. Goods that are personalized or goods produced to order or based on a quotation will not be returned except for damage or loss of quality.
